If you’re a VicPol member shooting for the first time, are attending as a licenced visitor from another club, or you are a VPPC member bringing a guest, read below.

First Time Visitors from VicPol
A $50 training / induction fee is payable if you do not have your own firearm licence and are shooting under instruction by a club member, and using a club firearm, on selected Saturdays and most Wednesdays. This fee covers the club firearms, patches, targets etc. that are used during the session. Ammo is purchased in addition to the fee.
We allow a maximum of four (4) of these visits, before you choose to apply for club membership, or you take up another sport. Each visit will incur the $50 fee, plus the cost of purchasing ammo. You may join the club after any of the 4 visits, and if joining after the 1st visit, the $50 fee will be credited towards your membership fee.
- Book your session via the Contact Us page.
- Bring your work belt and two forms of ID.
- Complete a NORI form (at the club, or download one in advance)
- Sign on via the club tablet as a “VP NORI” shooter.
- Pay the $50 fee via our Square terminal or in cash.
- Purchase ammo from the club via the Square terminal or in cash.
Other Club / Licenced Visitors
A $20 Visitor Fee is payable for members of other clubs / if a visitor has their own firearms licence and is shooting with their own firearm.
Sign in as a “Licenced Visitor” via the tablet in the clubhouse, and pay the fee via the Square terminal, adding your visitor details as a customer. Cash payment can also be made (speak with a member at the club).
Unlicensed Guests of VPPC Club Members
No fee is payable if a VPPC member brings a guest / visitor to the club to receive instruction by the club member, and the visitor uses the club member’s firearm and ammunition.
The Club member is responsible for the visitor and must ensure: the visitor signs into the tablet as a “Non VP NORI”, a NORI form is completed, and the NORI form is submitted to LRD within seven (7) days.
